it to PSA@torrancecs.org and VP_Administration@torrancecs.org
Refund Policy
Applicable to Students Registered in the Fall for
the Full Year:
Tuition (full year tuition)

Up to noon on week 4,
100% refund of tuition minus $45 processing fee, and
$30 textbook fee (unless the complete set is returned brand new in original
packaging.)
·
Between noon on week 4
– noon on week 8, 50% refund of tuition minus $45 processing fee and $30 textbook fee (unless
the complete set is returned brand new in original packaging.)
·
After Week 8, no refund
will be given.
Service Deposit
·
Up to noon on week 4,
100% refund of Deposit
·
After noon on week 4 through
end of School Year
·
If all service commitments have been fulfilled, 100% refund of Deposit
·
If half of the service commitments have been fulfilled, 50%
refund of Deposit
·
If no service has been performed, no refund will be given.

Semester
