Items to Bring
建議攜帶物品及裝備
|
Tent, soft padding, sleeping bags (30°F or lower), changing clothes,
warm clothes, hat/cap, hiking/walking shoes, kettle and/or cookware,
bowls/plates, utensils, water bottle, portable propane stove, propane cans,
cooler, water bucket/container, frozen (pre-cooked) foods, frozen drinking
water (as coolant for the foods), and/or filtering pitcher, dry foods/
snacks, beverage, etc. You
can bring your own fishing poles and gear. Bring a camping basin or bucket to fill with water for washing to minimize the line at the faucet.
帳篷、睡覺用軟墊、睡袋(耐寒30°F或更低)或棉被、換洗衣物、保暖衣物、帽子或頭套、登山鞋或運動鞋、炊煮用具、調味品及餐具、攜帶式瓦斯爐及瓦斯罐、食物儲藏冰桶或保溫箱、三天二夜份量之食物及飲用水(可先冷凍二天份水作為食物保鮮冰)、飲用水濾水器、乾糧或零食。歡迎攜帶自用釣具及魚餌。建議各家庭準備一小水桶貯存自家清洗用水,以節省排隊等候時間。

Obey campground regulations and follow camping coordinator and
team leader instructions.

Camping Activities
露營主要活動項目
|
5/24: Check-in
starts anytime after 2:00 p.m.
下午兩點之後自行進駐營地及紮營。
5/25: Group potluck dinner at 6 PM, bonfire and evening activities.
晚上六點集合式晚餐,餐後開始營火晚會。
5/26: Around 10:00 a.m., we will go to nearby Jenks Lake (10 min.
drive/$5 parking/1-hour hike). Bring a packed
lunch. Permitted lake activities include fishing, non-motorized
boating (rowboats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, float tubes), and hiking.
(Bring your own fishing and boating gear.) Return to the campground in the
afternoon for group activities. Second bonfire
night starts at dusk.
早餐後各家庭自行準備午餐,中午在湖畔享用午餐及進行釣魚與活動直到下午。十點左右一起出發,然後一起或各自回營區休息。自行享用晚餐,太陽下山後開始第二晚的營火晚會。
5/27: Free activities. Check-out anytime
before 1:00 p.m. Must clean your area before
checking out.
自由活動日,睡到自然醒。當天下午一點之前任何時間都可拔營回家。離開前請先清理各自營地範圍。

Use
GPS or smartphone with Google Map: Search and locate "Oso Group
Campground" (alternatively, search for Lobo Group Campground which
shares the same entrance).

Use
traditional maps (使用傳統地圖):
1.
Take I-10 East to Redlands, take the University Street exit (EXIT 80),
and turn left (northbound) onto University Street
行駛I-10高速公路往東至 Redlands城市,在University
Street 出口 (EXIT 80 號出口) 下匝道,然後左轉到University Street,繼續往北方向前進。
2. Turn right onto E. Lugonia Avenue/SR-38
and continue on Highway 38 for 22 miles
左轉到E. Lugonia Avenue/SR-38(38號州道),繼續行駛22英哩。
3. Drive past the San Gorgonio campground
entrance and enter the next campground entrance sign that says "Group
Camp, Lobo — Oso" on the left. The
entrance to the Oso Group Campground is the same as for the neighboring Lobo
Group Campground.

4. Keep driving until the sign "Oso
Group Camp" then turn right into the parking lot

There are total four flush toilets, shower rooms with hot water
available in the nearby San Gorgonio group campsite for a small fee per use

2. No electricity on site

3. There is only one water faucet to supply
tap water for the whole campground

to many types of wildlife including bears;
carefully follow garbage disposal and food storage regulations
