Dear Students, Parents, Colleagues and Friends, In the year that has just passed, our teachers, the administration of our School and the Board work diligently to provide a safe, positive, intellectual learning environment for our students. We help them excel academically and beyond, and we see their understanding and appreciation of the Chinese language and culture grow deeper through learning. We are very grateful for our dedicated parents who, through PTA involvement, various committees, and classroom volunteering, make TCS a fun and nurturing place for our students. Politician Jane D. Hall once said, “At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child's success is the positive involvement of parents.” The Torrance Chinese School definitely owes a debt of gratitude to our devoted parents.
